What is Cocopeat?
Coir pith or Coco peat is a multi-purpose growing media made out of Coconut husks. It is a mixture of corky cellular material and short fibre and has both the appearance and feel of peat moss. It is a complete homogeneous material composed of millions of capillary micro-sponges. As it is naturally spongy, it can be used as a growing medium. Coir pith can replace peat moss and rock wool and be the best growing medium for gardening and other horticultural/floriculture needs.
